Noonan acquires Resource Group, securing 1,200 jobs

Irish outsourcing specialists Noonan has acquired the business and operations of competitor firm Resource Group, securing more than 1,000 Irish jobs.

It understood staff were informed of the move yesterday evening following the close of the deal.

The Resource Group, which delivers facility services across both the public and private sector, employs over 6,000 people across the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and Great Britain.
