The rebranding of Superquinn and SuperValu has resulted in a shake-up of the supermarket landscape with SuperValu now just 1% behind Tesco in terms of market share.

Commercial director at Kantar Worldpanel Dave Berry said that the biggest challenge for SuperValu is to retain their new Superquinn customers.
