Demonstrating the Sligo man’s earning power post-Westlife, figures for KJ Rock Ltd show it was sitting on a cash pile of €173,768 at the end of October 2012.

Accounts show the firm recorded a modest loss of €2,693 in the year under review. The chief factor behind the loss was the €174,627 the firm owed to Mr Egan and his wife, Jodi Albert, who also sits on the board, at the end of the period.
