TNS Distribution acquires Oz firm

Irish company TNS Distribution has acquired Australian distribution firm Conexus for an undisclosed sum.

TNS — which itself was bought by Cork-based international supply chain company PCH International two years ago — is hoping to use the acquisition as a springboard to a number of other purchases aimed at building its growing global distribution strategy.

PCH group chief executive Liam Casey said the purchase is an exciting addition to the group.
