Tech firm set to expand R&D centre

International dataflow company Axway is to create 15 jobs in Dublin as it expands its research and development facilities.

Axway is creating a global centre for excellence for the development of a key component of next generation technologies, application interface programming. It is used in a range of technologies, including cloud computing, social media, and mobile.

The internet economy is often credited with playing a key role in Ireland’s economic recovery. Axway joins a list of big tech firms such as Amazon, Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn which have all recently expanded their operations in Dublin.
