An orthopaedic company based in Ringaskiddy, Co Cork, is to create 38 positions in research and development.

The five year project at DePuy Synthes Ireland, is supported by IDA Ireland.

DePuy (Ireland) established a manufacturing facility in Ringaskiddy in 1997 and manufactures orthopaedic products for global markets.
