Energy Cork has become the country’s largest energy cluster just 12 months after it was founded, with more than 50 companies now participating.

The former lead executive of Phillips 66 and chairman of Energy Cork, Neil O’Carroll, said that the region has become a national leader in the development of the Irish energy sector.

“Cork is now the hub for the energy sector, not just in the region, but it also houses the largest energy cluster nationally,” said Mr O’Carroll.
