Aryzta sees revenue surpass €3bn

The makers of the Cuisine de France brand of breads and cakes, Aryzta, saw its shares surge yesterday after the company out-performed analysts’ expectations.

The company’s shares rose by more than 5% in early trading as it announced that revenues had surpassed €3bn for the first time during the 12 months to the end of July.

In a briefing note, Davy analyst Cathal Kenny said the company “has reported a robust set of numbers”, and that it looks on track to achieve growth.
