Four companies set to create 90 jobs
Adara Global, a digital marketing company, is taking on 30 more staff at its European headquarters in Dublin, while software company eMaint is hiring for 25 positions, also in the capital.
Elsewhere, Primeur, another IT company providing file transfer packages, is to create 20 jobsat its office in Ballsbridge in Dublin.
Nordeus, a games developer from Serbia, is recruiting for 15 new jobs at its customer relations, business and marketing operations centre, also in the city.
Mr Bruton said the jobs were the result of investment agency IDA’s switch of focus to helping rapidly expanding companies.
“A key part of the Government’s Action Plan for Jobs is ensuring that we attract more fast-growing start-ups and emerging companies to locate in Ireland, so that they establish deep roots here from early in their growth and make a major impact on our economy,” he said.
IDA chief executive Barry O’Leary added: “We want to encourage the Googles of the future to come and set up in Ireland.”
