The Association of Irish Farmhouse Cheesemakers is hosting the event, its first time in Ireland, with industry stakeholders from Ireland and EU member states meeting to share knowledge and initiate collaborations across the sector.

Along with the sustainability debate, participants will discuss the sector’s issues, such as environmental impact, farmhouse production best practice, and the market opportunity for farmhouse dairy.
