Access to credit lines not a threat, poll finds
The survey, conducted by consultancy firm Shadowplay, found that managers felt uncertainty and unwillingness to adapt to the economic climate, as well as a lack of engagement from employees and poor company performance, posed much greater threats to the future of companies than access to credit lines.
Director of Shadowplay, Stephen Pitcher said that in his experience the efficiency of many companies is compromised by poor communications between management and staff. “The survey results show that simply by improving employee interaction, basic communication and the efficiency of meetings, companies could generate between one and three extra days of employee time per week,” he said.
