Clon’s iconic black pudding sees exports to Britain soar

Exports of Clonakilty black pudding to Britain are soaring — up 67% — growing from 1.5 tonnes to 2.5 tonnes every week.

The Cork company supplies over 600 British stores including Harrods, Selfridges, Budgens, and Asda as well as butchers, farm shops, and independents.

The stores are stocking a range of Clonakilty products including the iconic black pudding, white pudding, and sausages.
