Dublin firm to renovate ‘historic gem’

Green is to redevelop the interior of Liverpool’s India Buildings, one of the city’s oldest and most iconic pieces of commercial real estate, which it has owned since 2008.

The India Buildings block, adjacent to the Liver Building, was built in the 1920s as the original headquarters of shipping company, the Blue Funnel Line and was designed by art deco pioneer Herbert Rowse.
