PCH chief executive, Liam Casey, who operates a Cork-headquartered global design, build and deliver technology company employing 5,000 people believes young graduates need to be prepared for life and work abroad.

Speaking at the annual Cork Chamber conference ā€œSmarter Steps to Successā€, Mr Casey said that while Ireland is producing some of the best graduates, there was a need to prepare them for success and send them abroad ā€œwith purpose and a missionā€.
