Bord Gáis begins search for new chief as Mullins resigns

John Mullins will step down as chief executive of Bord Gáis when his contract expires in November.

Mr Mullins informed the company’s board of his decision yesterday.

In response to a query made by the Irish Examiner, Bord Gáis said: “The board of Bord Gáis confirms that it has commenced a process for the appointment of a new group chief executive, following the decision of John Mullins to step down from the position at the end of this year, on completion of his five-year contract term.”
