The largest car-clamping firm in the country returned to profit last year in spite of revenues decreasing by 19% to €10.2m.

Nationwide Controlled Parking Systems manages 65,000 car park spaces in 750 sites across Ireland. Its clients include Irish Rail, Dublin City Council, Aldi, and Superquinn.

Accounts recently filed with the Companies Office show NCPS recorded a pre-tax profit of €327,025 in the 12 months to the end of August last year, after revenues declined from €12.6m to €10.2m.
