Dublin-based Beauchamps Solicitors acquires PwC-linked Landwell

BEAUCHAMPS Solicitors has acquired Landwell Solicitors — one of the corporate law firms connected to PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) — for an undisclosed amount.

Landwell partners and all its staff will move to Beauchamps offices on Sir John Roberson’s Quay in Dublin. Beauchamps’ staffing levels, including 25 partners and some 70solicitors, now amounts to a total of 115 employees.

Landwell Solicitors has operated in Ireland since 1999. It will now run under the Beauchamps Solicitors group.
