Competition body urges greater clarity on NAMA

FURTHER transparency concerning NAMA transactions is needed, the National Competitiveness Council has urged.

In its latest annual policy report — published today — the council has called for the implementation of a number of wide-reaching recommendations to boost Ireland’s flagging international competitiveness.

One of those calls is for greater clarity on the workings of NAMA.
