Blarney group incurs a loss

The group operates Bunratty Shopping Village in Co Clare. New figures for the hotel and leisure centre show the company recorded the loss after revenues decreased 9% to €4 million in the 12 months to the end of January this year. Last year’s loss follows the company recording a pre-tax profit of €253,129 in 2009.

The Blarney Woollen Mills Group doesn’t file annual accounts as it is an unlimited company. However, an auditor’s report lodged by KPMG confirms the group did record a loss in the 12 months to the end of January.
