Synergy Flavours continues planned expansion with latest acquisition

This move strengthens the West Cork food group’s expansion ambitions for the US beverage, dairy and bakery markets. This latest purchase follows Synergy’s recent acquisition of Sensus, the Ohio-based natural essence manufacturer.

Synergy bought Sensus for its innovative technology and to build on its foothold in the US tea and coffee markets. Sethness Greenleaf, meanwhile, has a global reach for clients using its flavour extracts from fruit and other natural and synthetic ingredients.
