Having the bottle to go with a new system for water

FINDING new methods of reducing the high costs of bottled water in hotels and restaurants gave Dermot O’Brien a new business he readily admits is increasing every month since he started.

Having the bottle to go with a new system for water

Establishing Infinity Pure Water in 2008 from his base at Mitchelstown, Co Cork, having secured the rights from an American parent company to sell bottled water in the Irish market, he says he set about developing a sustainable solution providing a profitable bottled water systems for hotels, restaurants and corporate centres, while avoiding the waste and cost associated with traditional bottled waters.

“We install a small water bottling unit that allows businesses refill our designed reusable bottles,” he says. “Infinity’s bottled water program turns a monumental waste into a profitable partnership between businesses and their clients, as well as impacting much less on the environment. The premium water is produced onsite courtesy of a unique purification process, there are no food miles and no waste.”
