Central Bank fines Aviva Investors

THE Central Bank has fined Aviva Investors Ireland (the asset management arm of Aviva Insurance) €30,000 for a number of breaches of the Client Asset Requirements (CAR) regulations.

The Central Bank has said the matter is now closed, with all breaches having been rectified.
