Stress a major factor for workers

STRESS is a major contributor to absenteeism in the workplace with low staff morale also an issue.

Illness is the number one cause of absenteeism but one-in-four firms said that staff are out of work for stress related issues while more than one-in-10 cited low staff morale.

A survey by One4all smart planner also found that almost half of companies surveyed are planning on recruiting in the next six to 12 months,
