Exploration firm appoints director

Dublin: Exploration company Kenmare Resources has appointed Elizabeth Headon to its board as a non-executive director.

Ms Headon has over 15 years of experience in corporate communications — most recently with Murray Consultants — and is currently head of Digicel Foundation Haiti.

She previously worked for Kenmare at its Moma mine, in Mozambique, in 2007 and 2008 developing KMAD, the community development association.
