Cork Chamber host energy workshop

CORK CHAMBER and the Cork Area Strategic Plan partners will host a half-day workshop for suppliers, customers, researchers and businesses involved in the energy-related sector.

Cork Chamber chief executive Conor Healy said: “Currently, 25% of our national energy needs are produced in one square mile in Whitegate and 90% of the oil reserves held in Ireland are stored in the Cork region.”

This free event, which is open to the public, will take place on April 13, in the Radisson Blu Hotel, Little Island, Cork.
