The sale to Google of their Gasworks House and Gordon House premises at Barrow Street in Dublin 4 was the bigger of the investment transactions.
This follows a year in which 29 transactions, with a combined value of almost €242 million were completed in the Irish market, with around 30% of this value attributed to non-Irish buyers.
