A SYNDICATE of angel investors has been formed with a €2 million pot.

It is being led by entrepreneur Ian Shearer and several other private investors and financing will go into knowledge intensive technology based start-ups.

More than 100 investors gathered in Dublin yesterday at the second annual Angel Investment conference organised by HBAN Investor Syndicates along with InterTradeIreland and Enterprise Ireland.
