Standard Life sales hit €1.5bn

STANDARD Life saw a 51% sales rise across its Irish businesses last year to a little less than £1.3 billion (€1.53bn).

Standard Life sales hit €1.5bn

Standard Life Ireland’s sales rose 22%, in 2010, to £598 million (€697m), while the Standard Life International business, which provides products to British investors and is also based here, saw a sales increase of 89% to £700m.

The growth was underpinned by strong increases in sales of institutional pensions and single premium personal pensions.
