H&A Marketing acquires media firm

CORK-BASED H&A Marketing and PR has acquired Impact Media in a move that will create 10 jobs.

The combined business will eventually employ 48 people with a combined revenue of €5 million. Impact Media will trade as a division of H&A but will keep bases in Galway and Limerick.

H&A chief executive, Brian Healy, said this move creates a new standard of full-service marketing communication agency in Ireland.
