Galway boosted by news of 50 jobs

Galway: Leading US market research firm Industrial Info Resources is to create 50 jobs in Galway, over the coming five years, via the establishment of its first Irish facility in Ballybrit Business Park.

The Texas-headquartered firm, which carries out in-depth market research for the industrial processing, energy and heavy manufacturing sectors is expanding on a global basis and sees Galway as an “ideal location” to establish its European hub.

The initial jobs will be in research, sales, admin and management.
