350 small firms gather for ‘speed dating’ business networking event

SPEED dating was devised as a solution to help couples get together. And in the conference centre of the Radisson Hotel in Cork yesterday it seemed like every business in Ireland was looking for love.

Tables were set out for one-to-one 20 minute meetings between representatives from the small firms.

They talked new business, the economy, contracts and their compatibility.
