London: Office rental company Regus swung to first half loss, hit by restructuring costs in Britain, and said continued tough trading conditions across its markets was slowing its recovery.

The group, which offers ready-to-use offices for rental and also has a presence in Ireland, reported a pre-tax loss of £6.1 million (€7.4m) for the six months to the end of June compared to a profit of £69m a year ago.
