Dublin: Kenmare Resources has reported a $14m (€11m) improvement in first half revenues, to $40.6m.

The Irish exploration company – whose chief asset is the Moma titanium mine in Mozambique – also reported EBITDA of $4.4m for the first six months of the year.

The company’s first half pre-tax loss, however, escalated from $199,000 at the same point last year to $1.15m; but the company said that the expansion of its mine is on track.
