THE Financial Services ombudsman has sent out a stark warning that things at his office are going to change while also calling for more powers to name and shame.

Bill Prasifka, who came into office two months ago said it is important that his office changes the way it conducts its business.

He said that legal rules barring him from naming rogue traders are inconsistent with the aims of the office.
