O’Brien directors buy INM shares

Each director has acquired one million shares in INM, meaning they each now hold a 0.03% stake in the group.

The three directors came under fire from INM shareholders earlier this year over the fact that they hadn’t bought any shares in the company.

Mr O’Brien recently upped his own stake in INM to over 18%, overtaking former chief executive Tony O’Reilly as the group’s largest individual shareholder.
