Cork base for life sciences leader

A US company has announced that it has selected Cork as the location for its European headquarters.

RCM Technologies, which employs nearly 2,500 people worldwide, said its European headquarters at City Gate Mahon would service multinational clients in the life sciences sector.

Leon Kopyt, RCM’s chairman and chief executive, said after several years of growth in its life sciences practice in North America, RCM is entering the European market to expand its regulatory and information technology services globally.
