Former Aer Lingus chief Mannion paid €764k
Mr Mannion, who left the company in April, was paid a salary of €132,000 for the period.
He received a payment in lieu of notice of €583,000, which the report said was the equivalent of a full year’s pay.
Sean Coyle, who resigned at the end of last year, received €875,000, including €434,000 instead of notice of termination of his employment.
Chief executive Christoph Mueller, who was appointed in September, received €171,000, implying a basic annual salary of €531,000.
In view of the difficult year no bonuses were paid, the annual report said, while it also added that the group’s non-executive directors agreed two reductions in fees over the course of 2009.
