IRISH companies have so far clinched more than €200 million worth of contracts for the 2012 Olympic Games.

Builders, electricians, architects and software and renewable energy professionals will all work on preparations for the massive sporting programme in London.

Enterprise Ireland and senior officials from the Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA), the body tasked with developing the project’s buildings and infrastructure, will hold a seminar today to attract further Irish businesses.
