Bulmers ‘Berry’ latest addition to firm’s range of cider products

BULMERS has launched the second new addition to its range of cider products in as many years, with its Bulmers Berry variant hitting both pubs and the off-trade this week.

The drink will join the Clonmel-based company’s Original and Pear cider variants, the latter of which was only launched last year.

Bulmers’ managing director Michael Merrins said the berry variant fills a largely untapped but growing market space: “Following the successful launch of Bulmers Pear last year, it became evident the fruit cider market presented an exciting and logical extension for Bulmers, driving our commitment to growing the cider category while responding to consumer demand.”
