Irish ‘brogue’ helps Call Management secure British Cho Yung contract

CALL Management has been awarded a contract from British group Cho Yung, a company that sells weight-loss tea products from China over the internet.

The contract will create an additional 2,000 inbound calls per week and will generate €75,000 in additional revenue per annum.

Two new agents will be added to the 25 existing staff to deal with the demand.
