RYANAIR plans to increase fares and is also prepared to consider offers for its Aer Lingus stake as it attempts to restructure its finances.

This news comes as the Dublin Airport Authority (DAA) announces new incentives to encourage airlines to operate more routes from Dublin.

There is also speculation that Ryanair will announce a new Cork-based aircraft today with new routes to Malaga, Faro and Alicante.
