Racecourse firm shows €3,046 loss

Dundalk: The Dundalk Race Company – the holding company of the revamped Dundalk Racecourse – made a pre-tax loss of €3,046 for the year to the end of October 2008, according to latest annual accounts recently filed with the Companies Office.

The loss was down from a profit of just over €22,000 for the previous year and came at the end of the first full year of the Dundalk venue changing to an all-weather track.
