DAIRY farmers from all over Europe will be in Cork next week for the European Dairy Farmers (EDF) Congress.

Grasping the Opportunity is the theme for the June 24-26 conference at Silver Springs Hotel, jointly organised by Teagasc and the Irish EDF branch.

Presentations will outline challenges for the Irish milk processing industry, product marketing, milk production expansion opportunities and how to grow the dairy business.
