INBS names McGinn as chief executive

THE Irish Nationwide Building Society (INBS) last night announced Gerry McGinn as its new chief executive.

Mr McGinn – who will take up his new post “in the near future”, according to a statement from INBS – is currently head of Goodbody Stockbrokers’ operations in Northern Ireland.

He will replace Michael Fingleton, who stepped down as chief executive at the society in April, after 37 years at the helm.
