Glanbia worst payer of EU 17

GLANBIA’S milk price slumped to last place in the Dutch Dairy Board’s international milk price review for March.

Suppliers to Ireland’s leading milk processor were paid only €21.01 per 100 kg of milk, excluding VAT and corrected to a standard of 4.2% fat and 3.4% protein.

The 17 European co-ops in the review paid €26.57 on average, with Granarolo in Italy topping the review with an impressive €37.54.
