WorldSpreads sets up in Colombia

FINANCIAL spread betting firm WorldSpreads said it has set up operations in Bogota, the capital of Colombia, as part of plans to expand its presence and revenues in central and South America.

The firm has signed an agreement with a local partner — Holman Ortiz who will act as World-Spreads’ representative in the country.

Through the partnership, WorldSpreads plans to work with clients from Colombia and other South American countries.
