Zachodni to open 10 branches

Bank Zachodni, the Polish unit of AIB aims to open “at least” 10 new branches this year, fewer than originally planned.

The company wants to have 514 branches at the end of 2009 it said.

Chief executive Mateusz Morawiecki said in November that the lender planned to have 530 outlets by the end of 2009.
