C&C chief to take on finance role

C&C Group has announced that finance director, Brendan Dwan will retire in May of this year, after 34 years service with the company.

The drinks group — which makes the twin cider brands Bulmers and Magners — has announced that Mr Dwan will be replaced by Stephen Glancey, one of the three new directors formerly with Scottish & Newcastle, to come in last year.

Mr Glancey will undertake the finance director role in conjunction with his current role of chief operating officer.
