THE wide variety of fish and seafood caught in Irish waters has been highlighted by Bord Iascaigh Mhara (BIM) through the publication of a cookbook by Georgina Campbell, the food and hospitality writer.

Proceeds from the sale of From Tide to Table, with illustrations by food photographer Paul Sherwood, are being donated by BIM to the RNLI.

The RNLI provides, on call, a 24-hour lifeboat search and rescue service 100 nautical miles from the coast of Ireland and Britain.
