C&C Magners cider sales rise 7.8%

SALES of C&C’s Magners cider at British off-licences and supermarkets rose 7.8% in November from a year earlier, Merrion Capital in Dublin said, citing AC Nielsen data.

Sales rose 24.2% from the previous month. While the data “can be volatile from month to month, the fact that Magners managed to increase volumes on the previous month and on the same period last year is encouraging,” said Merrion.
